Questionnaire
​The health questionnaire should be filled out at least 24 hrs before the scheduled appointment, so I can prepare for our time together.
During the first appointment, the Spinal Flow Technique will be explained, we will review your history, conduct a postural assessment, & take photos. During this time there is an opportunity to ask questions.

Spinal Flow FAQ
Are there any contraindications for Spinal Flow?
After discussing the finding of the intake assessment, a suggested treatment plan will be agreed upon. We will gently touch access points primarily on the scrum & sphenoid of the client to bring ease into the body by removing physical, chemical, & emotional layers from teh spine.
How many sessions will I need?
A plan is tailored to each individual based on ;their history intake assessment and the results the client would like to see. children often need less time.
Do I need to do anything in-between session?
Healing doesn't just happen during the sessions, our daily activities are just as Spinal Flow sessions. Eating healthy movement & self-care are all part of the healing journey.
Are there any contraindeications for Spinal Flow?
Spinal Flow is safe for all ages (from birth to death) Care is provided based on the intake assessment & Spinal Flow is practiced in the most comfortable position for the client. There are no contraindications for this modality.
Why are community sessions utilized?
Healing happens quicker & faster during community Spinal Flow Sessions
What do I wear for a session?
Loose comfortable clothing is best. avoid collars, hooded sweatshirts, tight leggings, jeans & heavy clothing.
What to expect after your session
Spinal Flow is founded on finding areas of ease and using these places to retrain the nervous system to look and find more areas of ease. There may be times where you may feel more discomfort than you originally had or different aches and pains that you have never had before. This is normal and part of the healing process.
It s recommended to drink plenty of water. Taking time for yourself like a short walk or journaling, so you can reflect and feel what has been stored in your body helps with the healing process. We have the Energy Enhancement System to help further relax, reflect, & rejuvenate your body.
